Seller agrees to sell and buyer agrees to buy upon the terms and conditions set out herein:

,2008. All vet bills (annual shots, coggins test, bimonthly wormer, annual teeth floating, emergency care, etc),

farrier care (min hoof trim every 6 weeks), etc shall be at the expense of the seller/buyer. Horse is expected to be

fed a min of twice daily as needed for its conformation and the work it is being asked to do to keep it health per a

veterinians exam

4. Bill of Sale: Seller will deliver to buyer properly executed registration papers trasferred to the buyer in the form

hereto attached (copy) upon recceipt of such papers from the registry and full payment is made.
